Pay Rate: £82.08 - £96.96 per day (depending on experience and role)
Simply Education is looking for a Teaching Assistant to support a lovely primary school in the Grantham area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming team that values enthusiasm, teamwork, and a passion for helping children succeed.
About the Role:
Provide classroom support to the class teacher across KS1 and KS2
Work with individual pupils and small groups to support learning and engagement
Assist with classroom activities and help maintain a positive learning environment
Encourage children's confidence, participation, and progress
The Ideal Candidate:
Has prior experience working with children within a school setting
Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2/3 or equivalent (desirable but not essential)
Demonstrates patience, adaptability, and a caring attitude
Works well as part of a team and builds positive relationships with pupils and staff
Has a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
