A welcoming and well-established Specialist SEN School in Barking & Dagenham is seeking part-time / supply Teaching Assistants to join their friendly team. This flexible role is perfect for graduates or individuals looking to gain valuable experience in education while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. You'll have the chance to work across all key stages, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including autism, communication difficulties, and learning challenges.

Teaching Assistant - Barking & Dagenham / The ideal candidate:
A graduate or someone with experience supporting children or young people
Enthusiastic, adaptable, and reliable - able to step into different classrooms confidently

Strong communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude
Comfortable working 1:1 or with small groups, following teacher guidance
