Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to be working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Tameside, currently seeking a committed and qualified Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant EYFS team.
About the Role:
Full-time position supporting pupils within a nurturing EYFS environment
Work closely with the class teacher to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning activities
Provide tailored support to children, including those with SEND, to promote inclusion and development
Foster a safe, stimulating, and caring environment where children can thrive and build confidence
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
Has experience supporting pupils with SEND (desirable)
Brings a warm, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to early childhood education
Demonstrates a strong commitment to helping young children reach key developmental milestones
