Tradewind Recruitment are working in partnership with a vibrant Primary SEN School in Tower Hamlets who are seeking a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from January.
The successful candidate will support children with Autism (ASC), Speech & Language needs and Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) within small, structured classroom settings.
Requirements:
Previous experience supporting children in EYFS or Primary (SEN or mainstream)
Calm, patient and resilient approach
Team player with excellent communication skills
