Due a to a high demand, Academics are currently looking passionate Teaching Assistants to work in secondary schools across the Wakefield area. About the Teaching Assistant role:
Within your role as a Teaching Assistant you will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement in addition to providing encouragement and support to children across key stages 3 and 4. You will also be responsible for providing support to those with behavioural challenges who require extra attention and support.
Requirements of a Teaching Assistant:
Excellent communication skills
Right to work in the UK
Strong behaviour management
DBS check on the update service (or willing to apply for one)
