Key Responsibilities:

Support classroom teaching and learning activities
*
Assist students with special educational needs (SEND) and learning difficulties
*
Help prepare and organise teaching materials
*
Supervise students during lessons, break times, and school activities
*
Monitor and report on student progress and behaviour
*
Support the school’s policies and maintain a safe and positive learning environment
Essential Requirements:
*
Experience working with children in a school or educational setting
*
Understanding of classroom management and behaviour support
*
Good communication and teamwork skills
*
Patience, reliability, and enthusiasm for supporting learning
Desirable:
*
Experience supporting students with SEND
*
Relevant teaching assistant qualifications or training
*
First Aid qualification
