We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and forward-thinking team, working with students aged 11–16 who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant in our SEMH provision, you will:
* Support young people in overcoming barriers to learning, both in and out of the classroom
* Build positive, trusting relationships with students to help them feel safe, understood, and valued
* Work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to deliver tailored support and interventions
* Encourage and model positive behaviour, resilience, and emotional regulation
* Contribute to a nurturing, inclusive learning environment where every child can succeed

Experience in SEMH, SEN or youth work is beneficial but not essential—we value attitude, commitment, and the desire to grow in the role. Training and ongoing support will be provided.
