Teaching Assistant – NP25

Location: NP25 (Monmouth area)
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Contract: Full time/ Part time
Are you an engaging and proactive Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity? We are supporting a primary school in the NP25 area seeking a confident, child-centred TA who can build strong relationships and provide high-quality support across the classroom.
You will work closely with pupils who have ALN / SEN, including delivering 1:1 support, adapting learning materials, and using your initiative to keep children engaged, regulated and ready to learn.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with children, ideally in a school setting
Confident supporting pupils with ALN/SEN
Able to deliver 1:1 support and small-group interventions
Proactive, engaging and able to use your initiative
Positive role model with strong communication skills
Reliable, consistent and able to manage challenging moments calmly

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
