Teaching Assistant - Grantham
Location: Grantham and surrounding areas
Pay Rate: £82.08 - £96.96 per day (dependent on experience and role)
Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time / Long-Term / Supply

We are always on the look out for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join primary schools in the Grantham area. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a friendly and supportive school environment, supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
Key Responsibilities
Support classroom teachers with planning and delivering engaging lessons and activities.
Work 1:1 or with small groups to enhance pupil learning and progress.
Promote pupils' confidence, independence, and active engagement in learning.
Assist in maintaining a positive and safe classroom environment.Requirements:
Experience working with children (preferably in a school environment)
Caring, patient, and proactive approach
