Teaching Assistant - SEN / SEMH Support Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire PE11 Pay: £90 - £106 per day Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30 - 3:45 (term-time) Contract: Long-term to permanent Start: ASAP - Feb half-term (initial period) Play a Key Role in a Supportive Specialist Setting A specialist SEN provision in the PE11 area is seeking a caring, calm and motivated Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of additional needs, including learning difficulties, communication needs, complex profiles and SEMH challenges. This is a setting where nurture, structure and consistency help pupils build confidence, develop life skills and engage positively in learning. If you're passionate about helping young people overcome barriers and feel valued, this role could be an excellent fit.
