Pay: £90-£106 per day
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30-3:45 (term-time)
Contract: Long-term to permanent

Your Role Will Include:
Offering calm, reliable support 1:1 and in small groups
Helping deliver structured and personalised learning tasks
Building trusting relationships that encourage emotional stability
Promoting positive choices and behaviour using nurturing strategies
Creating a consistent, safe and predictable classroom atmosphere

Experience as a TA/LSA or supporting young people in education
Confidence working with SEMH needs or behaviour challenges

Good communication and teamwork skills
