Contract: Part-time | Permanent | Term-time only | Monday to Friday
Working Pattern: 32.5 hours per week | 08:30am – 3:30pm

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our supportive team and contribute to a nurturing, inclusive learning environment. You will work closely with teachers to support learning, promote independence, and ensure every pupil is given the opportunity to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
Roles and responsibilities:
• Assist teachers with delivering and evaluating learning programmes, adapting materials to meet individual needs.
• Provide one-to-one and small group support, offering physical, emotional and educational assistance.
• Help maintain a safe, organised and positive learning environment for all pupils.
• Support pupils’ well-being and encourage independence throughout their learning journey.
• Undertake personal care routines when required.
• Contribute to the planning and preparation of engaging activities.
• Be proactive, supportive and committed to fostering inclusion and success.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills (GCSE English and Maths or equivalent).
• Good listening skills, enthusiasm and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
• Basic IT skills and an understanding of health & safety expectations.

• No prior experience is essential — full training will be provided. What matters most is your passion for supporting pupils and helping them achieve their best.
