Job Title: Teaching Assistant — SEN Support Pay Rate: £95.00 – £98.00 per day Location: Northfield, Birmingham Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday | 09:30 – 16:15 Wednesday | 09:30 – 17:00 Full-time, Term Time Only Start Date: January 2026 Smart Education is recruiting a full-time Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEND college provision in Northfield, Birmingham. This role supports students with complex needs, helping them access a personalised programme focused on preparing for adulthood, life skills, community inclusion, and personal development. The college provides a nurturing, structured environment where students benefit from small group learning, therapies, and practical support.
