Teaching Assistant - Tradewind Recruitment (Kettering Area)
Full-Time | Term-Time | Immediate or Flexible Start
Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support a range of primary and secondary schools across the Kettering area. About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide classroom support to pupils and teachers across Key Stages 1-4
Work with individuals or small groups to boost learning and confidence
Assist with behaviour management and create a positive learning environment
Support pupils with additional needs (SEN experience beneficial but not essential)
Help prepare resources, support lessons, and contribute to school life
What We're Looking For
Experience working with children or young people (school-based or similar)
A patient, caring and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A desire to support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
