SEN Teaching Assistant - Secondary

Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Area: Coulsdon, Croydon
Start Date: January 2026
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: 29,000 - 32,000 Per Anum

Brief description: Support pupils aged 11-16 with Autism Spectrum Disorder(ASD) and Social Emotional and Mental Health(SEMH) needs across an Ofsted 'Outstanding' all-through setting. Permanent Contract for January 2026

About the role: Support learning and wellbeing for students with diverse needs, both in class and during interventions.

We're looking for a dedicated candidate to:

Assist with differentiated learning activities
Promote independence and confidence
Collaborate with staff and parentsRequirements - The ideal candidate would have:

Previous experience in a secondary SEND setting
Ability to manage challenging behaviour
Knowledge of EHCPs and individual strategies
