About the Role
Smile Education is seeking a committed Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support Key Stage 1 pupils in a welcoming and inclusive local primary school in Wolverhampton, WV14. This role offers the chance to help children achieve their full potential in a supportive and engaging learning environment.
What you’ll do:
Support teaching and learning across KS1 classrooms
Work with small groups and individual pupils to raise attainment
Assist with lesson preparation and classroom activities
Encourage positive behaviour and active participationYou’ll need:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Recent experience in a KS1 setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills
