Early Years Teaching Assistant (Long-Term Deptford Role) | Jan Start | Class Cover Included

A fantastic primary school in Deptford is recruiting a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant for a full-time, long-term role starting in January, with trial slots available next week and in the first week of January. The school is looking for an Early Years Teaching Assistant who brings confidence, resilience, and a warm approach to supporting young learners.

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will work across the week in Reception, with Mondays and Fridays involving class cover responsibilities. This means the school needs an Early Years Teaching Assistant who isn't afraid to take charge, lead learning, and maintain strong routines within the classroom. Your EYFS background must be solid and demonstrable, as the children benefit from a rich, structured and play-based learning environment.

The role suits an Early Years Teaching Assistant who is:
