Teaching Assistant - Secondary Schools (Full-Time, 5 Days per Week)
Location: Southwark

The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students' learning and development, working closely with teachers and pastoral staff. You may support students in class, work with small groups, or provide one-to-one support as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting students in the classroom to access the curriculum
Working with small groups or individual students to reinforce learning
Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management
Promoting positive behaviour, inclusion, and engagement
Supporting students' academic, social, and emotional development
What We're Looking For:
A genuine interest in working with secondary-aged students
A patient, proactive, and reliable approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Previous school-based experience is desirable but not essential
A willingness to learn and develop within an educational setting
