At Tradewind Recruitment, we are currently recruiting experienced and passionate SEN Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis across a variety of schools in Doncaster.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are committed to supporting children with additional needs and are looking for flexible work that fits around their schedule.

About the Role

As a Supply SEN Teaching Assistant working through Tradewind Recruitment, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
Support students with their academic, social, and emotional development
Promote positive behaviour and help manage challenging situations
Adapt quickly to different school environments

What We're Looking For

Previous experience supporting children with SEN (in schools or similar settings)
Strong behaviour management skills
A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
Flexibility and reliability
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
