EYFS Teaching Assistant – Mainstream Primary 🌟

Are you a passionate and proactive EYFS Teaching Assistant who thrives on helping children reach their full potential?

We are looking for a dedicated TA to join a welcoming mainstream primary school, supporting within Early Years and delivering targeted interventions to help pupils make strong academic and developmental progress.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact between now and the end of the academic year.

👩‍🏫 Your Role:

✨ Support children within an EYFS classroom
✨ Deliver small group and 1:1 interventions in phonics, early maths & communication
✨ Help close learning gaps and boost confidence
✨ Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO
✨ Create a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
✨ Monitor progress and provide feedback on pupil development

✅ About You:

🎓 Relevant qualification (Level 2/3 TA or Early Years qualification preferred)
📚 Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
🔤 Experience delivering phonics and early literacy interventions
👶 Confident supporting young learners in a mainstream setting
💡 Patient, proactive, and enthusiastic
🤝 Excellent communication and teamwork skills
