Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting passionate and reliable Teaching Assistants to work in specialist SEN/SEMH schools across the Forest area and surrounding locations.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a highly supportive setting, where classes are no larger than 4 students, allowing you to provide meaningful, individualised support. You will work alongside a Teacher and dedicated Pastoral staff member in every class.
The Role:
Support students with SEN and SEMH needs on a 1:1 and small group basis
Help manage behaviour and support emotional regulation
Assist with learning activities tailored to individual needs
Build positive relationships and support student development
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience working with children or young people (essential)
Experience in SEN and/or SEMH (highly desirable)
Reliable, resilient, and confident in a classroom setting
A proactive and positive attitude
