Full Time Nursery Teaching Assistant - Chesterfield

A welcoming Nursery and Infant School in Chesterfield is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their nursery team on a full-time basis. This is a maternity cover position, starting ASAP for the summer term.

The Role:

Supporting children within the nursery setting with learning and development
Assisting the class teacher with planning and delivering engaging activities
Helping to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
Supporting children's personal, social, and emotional development
Working closely with staff and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

A Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years or equivalent
Previous experience working within an Early Years setting
A caring, patient, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A passion for supporting young children in their early development
