Special Needs Teaching Assistant (Full-Time) - Salford
 Start Date: ASAP

We are a specialist education recruitment agency currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and well-resourced special needs school in Salford. This is a full-time position supporting primary-aged pupils with a range of additional needs.

The Role:

Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with special educational needs
Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
Support pupils with communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation

Work collaboratively with teaching staff, therapists, and parentsThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience working with children with special educational needs (e.g., ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, or complex needs)
A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and wellbeing
