Strong secondary schools rely on dedicated and proactive support staff. Teaching Personnel is currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Secondary Support Staff to work in schools across Teesside, in preparation for the September 2026 academic year.

Key Responsibilities

Providing classroom support across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
Assisting with behaviour management and student wellbeing
Delivering targeted intervention sessions to support pupil progress

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
