We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistant to join the school on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful Teaching Assistant will work closely with the class teacher to support pupils across the classroom, helping them remain engaged and confident in their learning.
The successful Teaching Assistant will:
Support pupils during lessons and classroom activities
Work with individuals and small groups
Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Assist with classroom preparation and organisation
Encourage positive behaviour and pupil engagement
Build strong relationships with pupils and staff
The ideal Teaching Assistant will have:
Previous experience working with primary-aged children
A patient, caring and supportive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Confidence supporting pupils with different learning needs
A genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential
