Alcester (B49) | September 2026 Start
£90–£105 per day (dependent on experience)

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work full time at a welcoming secondary school in Alcester (B49) from September 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant or someone with relevant school-based experience who is passionate about supporting students both academically and personally.
The Role:
Support students in the classroom, working alongside teachers to deliver engaging lessons.
Provide one-to-one and small group interventions to help students achieve their learning goals.
Encourage positive behaviour and promote an inclusive learning environment.
Support students with varying learning needs, helping them to build confidence and independence.
Work collaboratively with teaching staff and the wider school team.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar school-based support role (essential).
Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
Previous experience supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis- leading interventions to support with students learning.
Any prior experience working with children with special educational needs (desired but not essential).
A proactive, patient and adaptable approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills- ability to follow the direction of the class teacher whilst also being able to show initiative and autonomy over your work.
Full-time availability from September 2026.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
