We are looking for caring, committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join primary schools this September. These are long-term, full-time positions, offering the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with pupils and become a valued member of the school community.
Working with children who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and a range of learning difficulties, you will play a key role in supporting pupils both in and out of the classroom.
What we're looking for:
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Experience working with children or young people
• An understanding of SEND, ASD and learning difficulties
• A calm, patient and nurturing approach
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential
The role:
• Full-time position, Monday to Friday
• Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm
• Long-term placement with the potential for permanent opportunities
• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and within small groups
• Helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment
What you'll receive:
• £95 – £110 per day
• Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant
• Valuable SEND experience
