Teaching Assistant – Boston, Lincolnshire
Location: Boston, Lincolnshire
Contract: Full-time, Monday–Friday | Supply with potential for a permanent role
GSL Education are seeking a dedicated and resilient Teaching Assistant to work across Primary and Secondary settings in Boston, with the potential to work within SEN settings.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting young people and is looking for a role that could lead to a full-time, permanent position for the right candidate.
The Role
Supporting pupils across Primary and Secondary settings.
Providing one-to-one and small-group support where required.
Assisting teachers with learning and classroom activities.
Helping pupils develop confidence, independence and positive behaviour.
Supporting students who may display challenging or behavioural difficulties.
Creating a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in a Teaching Assistant, education, care or support role is desirable.
Strong, resilient and confident when managing challenging behaviour.
Patient, approachable and passionate about supporting young people.
Adaptable and happy to work across different settings and age groups.
Reliable and available full-time, Monday–Friday.
A willingness to potentially work within SEN settings.
