Tradewind Recruitment are working with a secondary school in Grimsby that is seeking an experienced, reliable, and engaging teaching assistant in September. The school seeks a candidate that has a calming and positive influence on pupils that encourages them to participate in lessons.
The role will begin in September and will last until at least the Christmas holidays.
The school need a candidate that can demonstrate the following:
Supporting pupils with additional needs in small groups or 1:1
Encourage and engage students in the classroom
Uphold high expectations in the classroom and ensure behavioural policies are implemented
Work with SEND pupils that have ECHPs and IEPsDuring your time with Tradewind, we will support you with CPD Trainings provided by the National College, aswell as an excellent service!
To apply for this role, you must have the following:
Experience working in a school.
Enhanced Child-Only DBS on the Update Service
Right to work in the UK.
Satisfactory References.The rate for this role can be paid to scale, daily rate ranges between £90 - £95 per day.
