They are seeking an outstanding individual who is looking to progress within the Teaching Assistant role on a full-time basis starting in September. They will be working under the guidance of the class teacher and the successful candidate will be supporting pupils in the classroom and outside areas.
The successful candidate will:
Will have relevant experience of working with children (minimum of 6 months)
Level 2 or 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in schools
be able to work effectively as part of a team.
have high expectations both for pupils and themselves.
have excellent communication skills and be committed to building positive relationships with pupils, parents/carers and staff.
support high quality teaching and learning.
enthuse, motivate and engage pupils in all areas of learning.
be willing to contribute to the broader life of the school community.
