Teaching Assistant – Bridport (Fixed Term)
Location: Bridport, Dorset

Contract Type: Full-time (term-time only, fixed-term)
Salary: £85 - £95 per day (depending on experience)
Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and reliable Teaching Assistant to support a friendly and inclusive primary school in Bridport for a fixed-term role running from Tuesday 3rd June to Friday 18th July. You also have the opportunity to stay on after the summer term ends.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the final half-term of the academic year—ideal for experienced TAs or individuals looking to gain further classroom experience before the summer break.
About the Role:
Full-time, Monday to Friday. 8:30 – 3:15 pm
Supporting pupils in EYFS/KS1 or KS2 (specific year group based on your experience)
General classroom support and 1:1 work with pupils who need additional help
Assisting with classroom organisation and behaviour management
Supporting learning activities planned by the class teacher
Ideal Candidate Will:
Have experience working with children in a school or educational setting
Be confident, calm, and patient when supporting young learners
Have strong communication and teamwork skills
Hold or be willing to apply for an enhanced DBS (registered to the Update Service)
