Location: Redbridge, East London
Start Date: September 2025
Salary: £95-£115 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Term-time only (39 weeks per year)

Aspiring Educational Psychologists, Speech & Language Therapists, or Mental Health Practitioners looking for hands-on experience.
Support Workers, Youth Workers, and Behaviour Mentors exploring a transition into education.

Experienced SEN TAs seeking a new opportunity within a progressive and nurturing school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN.
Assist pupils in managing their emotions, behaviour, and interactions.
Support learning plans tailored to individual EHCPs.
Collaborate closely with class teachers, therapists, and external professionals.
Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment.
