Salary: £90-100 per daye PAYE
About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join our team in September 2025. These full-time positions involve providing 1:1 support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Key Stage 1 (KS1) classes.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored 1:1 support to pupils with SEN, helping them access learning and reach their potential.

Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to implement individual learning strategies.
*
Foster an inclusive, safe, and supportive classroom environment.
*
Track pupil progress and provide regular feedback to the teaching team.
*
Communicate effectively with parents and carers to support pupil well-being and development.
Ideal Candidates Will:

Have experience working with children with SEN, particularly in EYFS or KS1.
*
Demonstrate patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for inclusive education.
*
Possess excellent teamwork and communication skills.
*
Be adaptable, proactive, and committed to helping every child succeed.

Hold relevant qualifications or be willing to undergo training.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
