What we're looking for in a Secondary Teaching Assistant:
Recent experience in a school or education setting (paid or voluntary)
A proactive and positive attitude with a strong commitment to pupil wellbeing
Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
An understanding of safeguarding and inclusive education
