Primary School Teaching Assistant
📍 Location: Kidderminster

Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant with experience in phonics and early learning support? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Primary TA to join a warm and welcoming school in Kidderminster, working 1:1 with pupils to support their individual learning journeys.
Key Requirement:
Candidates must have completed training in the Little Wandle phonics programme, as you will be working closely with children who require targeted phonics support on a one-to-one basis.
What we’re looking for:

A caring, proactive and reliable Teaching Assistant
*
Little Wandle phonics training (essential)
*
Experience supporting primary-aged pupils, ideally in a 1:1 or small group setting
*
A clear understanding of safeguarding and SEND
*
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain one)
*
References covering at least the last 2 years
