What You’ll Do:
Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons
Work one-on-one or in small groups with students who need a little extra help
Assist in creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
Help with classroom organisation and behaviour management
Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
What We’re Looking For:
A caring, patient, and energetic personality
Good literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE or equivalent)
Previous experience in a school setting is a bonus, but not essential
A willingness to learn and grow with our team
A genuine love for working with children
