Are you passionate about making a difference in young people's lives? You would be playing an essential role within the classroom by providing hands on support and working 1:1 with year 7-11 pupils (KS3 and KS4), helping to mentor and support students' education.
Key responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:
Providing general classroom support across KS3 and KS4, aiding with pupil engagement to enhance learning outcomes
Supporting the class teachers with planning and preparation, as well as delivering engaging lessons
Ensuring a positive and safe,supportive and inclusive environment for students
Flexibility: Balance teaching with your lifestyle through daily supply, long-term or permanent.
