Teaching Personnel are recruiting for a trainee Teaching Assistant to join our partner secondary schools in Oldham for the 2025/2026 Academic year. We are looking for a kind and patient individual who to join the school on a full-time basis, to help support students who require additional support within a mainstream setting, either due to learning difficulties or behavioural issues, to keep them focussed and on task.
The ideal candidate
Previous experience working with children either in a professional or voluntary capacity.
Good behaviour management skills
Obtain an enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to apply for one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
