This full-time Teaching Assistant role is ideal for individuals with a background in sports, youth work, mentoring, or behaviour support. You will be working with pupils who require consistency, structure, and a strong role model - qualities that are highly valued by the school.
The Role:
Full-time Teaching Assistant role based in Southwark
Supporting children and young people with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs and behavioural challenges
Working both 1:1 and in small groups under the guidance of experienced staff
Playing a key part in maintaining a calm and supportive learning environmentWe're looking for a Teaching Assistant who:
Remains calm and confident in high-pressure situations
Has experience supporting young people with behaviour needs
Is physically active, assertive, and reliable
