Proven experience in behaviour management within educational, care, or youth justice settings
Strong ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Team Teach qualification or similar restraint training highly desirable
Excellent communication and de-escalation skills
Empathetic yet firm approach to supporting challenging behaviour
Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willingness to obtain one
