Teaching Assistant - 1:1 or Intervention Support - Outskirts of Boston - Immediate Start
Location: Primary School on the outskirts of Boston
Start Date: Immediate (with continuation in September)
Contract: Full-time, Ongoing
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: £82 - £90 per day (depending on experience)
Simply Education is currently recruiting for a committed and flexible Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school on the outskirts of Boston. This full-time role is available for an immediate start, with the opportunity to continue into the new academic year in September. The successful candidate will work either 1:1 with a pupil or with small intervention groups, depending on the school's needs.
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver tailored 1:1 support or small group interventions across the primary age range
Assist pupils with their academic and emotional development
Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to implement support strategies
Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
Help pupils build confidence and achieve individual learning targets
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a school setting, supporting learners 1:1 or in groups
A patient, encouraging, and adaptable attitude
Good understanding of primary education and SEN support
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A relevant qualification is desirable but not essential
