Primary Teaching assistant
Lincoln, Lincolnshire

£85-£95 per day (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a part-time or full, inspirational, and experienced Primary Teaching Assistant. If you have a background in childcare and are looking for an exciting opportunity to dedicate yourself to education—or if you're considering a return to teaching—this could be the perfect role for you. If you’re ready for a new challenge and have experience working with children, we want to hear from you. While experience in a school setting is preferred, it is not essential.

The ideal candidate will possess strong behaviour management skills and a compassionate demeanour. You should be passionate about delivering excellent teaching and learning experiences, and be committed to ensuring that every child has the chance to learn and flourish. Requirements:
The desired Primary Teaching Assistant will:
Have Confidence to support deliverance the Read, Write, Inc Phonics scheme
Have flexibility, reliability and adaptability
Have recent experience supporting children aged 5-11
Have a good understanding of how children learn and develop
Experience working in a similar role
Have previous experience of working with children or young people; ideally within a school, nursery, childcare, youth work, play or care setting within the last 2 years and we must be able to obtain valid references from these roles

All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
