Job Details:
Role: Teaching Assistant - Secondary Schools
Location: Redbridge, East London
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-time, term-time only
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Responsibilities Include:
Supporting students in lessons, both in class and in small groups
Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and behaviour management
Providing tailored support for students with special educational needs (SEN)
Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A genuine interest in education and working with young people
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, adaptability, and a proactive approach
Experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential)
A DBS certificate or willingness to undergo a DBS check
