Prospero Teaching is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to work in a large, inclusive secondary school from September 2025. About the role:
You will be supporting pupils across a range of subjects, helping to raise attainment and engagement. You don't need a specific subject specialism - just a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to get involved. The school particularly welcomes graduates with aspirations to gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the future.

β A recent graduate with a 2:2 degree or above
β Some experience working with children or young people (in schools, tutoring, youth work or similar)
β A genuine interest in pursuing a career in education
β Up-to-date safeguarding training (or willingness to complete this)
Requirements:
Right to work in the UK
Enhanced DBS certificate (registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply)
