Qualified Teaching Assistants are highly sought for! If you have a minimum of 6 solid months experience and wish to continue working within this environment, this role is ideal for you.

The ideal candidate
To be considered a real asset to the school, you must demonstrate:
* Level 2 or 3 qualified
* Experience and knowledge within SEN
* Classroom management skills
* The ability to deliver in class, 1:1 and small group support work
* A proactive and enthusiastic approach to all that you do; having a ‘can do’ attitude
* The ability to use your initiative
* Excellent time managements and organisational skills
* A consistent approachable and professional manor at all time
