Academics are working closely with several welcoming primary schools in Maidstone, and we're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join the team this September. Whether supporting whole-class learning or providing focused 1:1 support, your contribution will be valued and impactful.
While a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is ideal, we also welcome experienced candidates with a passion for education and helping young learners succeed.
As a Teaching Assistant, your role will include:
Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
Helping deliver engaging lessons and activities
Offering one-to-one or small group SEN support
Encouraging pupil independence and confidence
Working alongside teachers to create a nurturing classroom environmentWe're looking for candidates who:
Have previous classroom or school-based experience
