Key Responsibilities:
Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons across Years 1 to 4.
Assist in the planning and implementation of individualized support for pupils with diverse learning needs.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration.
Monitor and report on pupil progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as required.
