Location: King's Lynn, Norfolk

Simply Education is currently recruiting for a passionate and resilient Teaching Assistant to work within a specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) school based in King's Lynn. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young people who need support the most.
About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support students who may display challenging behaviours due to underlying SEMH needs. Your role will be pivotal in helping to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that promotes emotional and academic development.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs
Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
A high level of resilience, empathy, and patience
A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
The ability to build positive and trusting relationships
