Teaching Assistant – Gainsborough, Lincolnshire
Location: Gainsborough, Lincolnshire
Pay: Starting from £90 per day (with potential to increase)
Start Date: Immediate / Ongoing

Do you have the patience, resilience, and enthusiasm to support both Primary and SEN students in their educational journey?
We’re looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team, supporting local Primary and SEN schools in Gainsborough with day-to-day classroom learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing 1:1 or small group support to pupils across a range of abilities
Assisting with classroom activities, lesson delivery, and learning tasks
Supporting children with special educational needs in and out of class
Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Assisting with personal care, when required
Requirements:
A positive, proactive, and caring attitude
Previous experience in a school or childcare setting is desirable
Willingness to support children with varying levels of need
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
