We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to join our Good-rated secondary school in Barking and Dagenham. Our inclusive and forward-thinking school is seeking enthusiastic, proactive, and caring individuals to support students in a mainstream secondary setting.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students aged 11-16 across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping to support both their academic progress and personal development. You'll play a vital role in boosting confidence, encouraging positive relationships, and ensuring every student has access to a high-quality learning experience.
Our students have a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, and behavioural challenges, and we're looking for individuals who are empathetic, resilient, and passionate about helping young people achieve their best.

Positive, energetic individuals who enjoy working with young people
Experience supporting pupils with SEND (desirable but not essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
